How it Works

We use a hybrid physical therapy model to deliver the best possible outcomes for our athletes. Hybrid means combining focused, one-on-one in-person sessions with full remote support between visits.

In-person sessions are curated to focus on treating and testing what matters most. Full remote support allows us to deliver customized daily programming and accountability to ensure you’re doing what you need to achieve your goals.
I’ve personally worked in the traditional insurance-based model and the one-on-one out-of-network model. Our goal with hybrid PT is to avoid the pitfalls of both models to truly focus on optimizing outcomes for long-term solutions without sacrificing quality and connectedness.
